摘要
本文通过室外和实验室内饲养拟鬃德跳Desoria pseudosetispinosa Chen,1985获取实验用标本,对拟鬃德跳的口道沟进行剥离封片和电子显微镜拍照,详细描述了口道沟的结构特点,口道沟可分为三段:腹管前面段,胸部腹面段和头部腹面段,是跳虫主要的吸水器官。
The specimens are obtained by feeding Desoria pseudosetispinosa Chen,1985 at the outdoor and laboratory. The ventral groove of D. pseudosetispinosa is striped and taken pictures by electron microscopy and its structural characteristics of ventral groove are described. The result showed that the ventral groove as the main suction organ of springtail could be divided into three sections: the anterior of the ventral tube segment,the ventral of thorax segment and the ventral of the head segment.
