β-石竹烯对斑翅果蝇雌成虫行为的影响 被引量:14

摘要 斑翅果蝇Drosophila suzukii是浆果类植物的主要害虫,为了明确β-石竹烯对斑翅果蝇定向和产卵行为中的作用,本研究测定了雌虫对β-石竹烯的触角电位(EAG)反应、嗅觉行为反应及产卵选择反应。结果表明,斑翅果蝇雌虫对不同剂量的β-石竹烯(0.01,0.1,1,10,100μg)均有EAG反应,已交配雌成虫的EAG反应值随β-石竹烯剂量升高而升高(P<0.05),但是各剂量间未交配雌成虫EAG反应值不存在显著差异(P>0.05)。斑翅果蝇在Y型嗅觉仪中对不同剂量的β-石竹烯(0.01,0.1,1,10,100μg)选择结果表明:低剂量的β-石竹烯对雌成虫具有引诱效果,高剂量的β-石竹烯具有驱避效果。斑翅果蝇对不同剂量β-石竹烯(0.1,1,10μg)的产卵选择反应表明:β-石竹烯在低剂量(0.1μg和1μg)下,对雌成虫产卵行为表现为引诱效果,高剂量(10μg)下对其表现为产卵驱避效果,且随剂量升高,单雌累积产卵量呈下降趋势。总之,β-石竹烯可用来调控斑翅果蝇的定向和产卵行为。 Drosophila suzukii is a main pest of stone fruits. This study aimed to test the electroantennogram and olfactory responses in D. suzukii to β-caryophyllene and to further evaluate its influence on oviposition choices of D. suzukii under laboratory conditions. The results indicated thatβ-caryophyllene at all tested doses(0. 01,0. 1,1,10,and 100 μg) elicited EAG responses from both mated and virgin females. The EAG value of mated females increased with the increasing doses ofβ-caryophyllene(P〈0. 05),but no significant difference was observed in EAG response at the tested doses by virgin females(P〈0. 05). The results of olfactory responses of D. suzukii to β-caryophyllene at different doses(0. 01,0. 1,1,10,100 μg) in Y-tube tests indicated that the lower doses ofβ-caryophyllene attracted both virgin and mated females,and higher doses repelled them. The result ofoviposition chocie tests of D. suzukii to β-caryophyllene at different doses(1,10,100 μg) indicated that D. suzukii preferred to oviposit fruits treated with low concentrations of β-caryophyllene(0. 1 μg and1 μg). The preference diminished in responding to the high dose of β-caryophyllene. In conclusion,β-caryophyllene could be a promising semiochemical to control D. suzukii in field.
