摘要 随着数字化设计制造技术的深入,不同商用CAM系统在企业中得到广泛应用,大量的异构CAM模型不断地生成并存储在企业数据库中.为了实现对已有异构CAM模型的重用和共享,提出了一种基于工艺知识图谱的异构CAM模型的结构化建模方法.首先构建以特征、耦合特征、零件为层次基础,多层次、多要素的工艺知识图谱模型,作为异构CAM模型的数据交换和共享的桥梁;其次建立了异构CAM系统的本体模型,同时采用多策略相似性本体映射的方法,生成了初步统一的异构CAM模型语义表示;最后利用规则推理获取隐含语义及检查匹配结果的准确性,以丰富工艺知识图谱,保证工艺知识图谱表达的统一性.开发了异构CAM模型结构化建模原型系统,验证了所提方法的有效性. With the deepening of digital design and manufacturing technology, different commercial CAM systems have been widely applied in enterprises, and a huge number of heterogeneous CAM models have been generated in the repository. A structural modeling method of heterogeneous CAM model based process knowledge graph is presented in this paper to realize the reuse and sharing of heterogeneous CAM models created by product manufacturing activities. Firstly, based on features, coupled features and part level respectively, a multi-hierarchy and multi-attribute process knowledge model is constructed, which is the bridge of data exchange and sharing for heterogeneous CAM models. Then, the ontology models of heterogeneous CAM systems are established, and the preliminary unique semantic representation is acquired by using the multi-strategy similarity mapping method. Finally, the implied semantic and the accuracy of mapping results are obtained through rule reasoning, to enrich the process knowledge graph with the unique representation. A prototype system is developed to verify the effec-tiveness of the proposed approach.
