摘要
分析机车受电弓发生冻结的原因,设计了受电弓解冻系统。介绍了系统的设计思路,工作原理,以及结构组成。对组成该系统的顶弓气缸组件、控制系统、输气管路,以及气源选择进行设计。通过现场试验,验证了该机车受电弓解冻系统满足设计要求。
This paper analyzed rootcauses of locomotive pantograph freezing issue,then designed pantograph thawing system based on investigation.Described in detail design ideas of the system,working principle and structure.The top-bow cylinder assembly,control system,gas pipeline,and gas source that make up the system were designed in detail.Through field test,the locomotive pantograph thawing system was approved to meet the design requirements.
