和谐型机车弹性胶泥缓冲器应用研究

Application Research of Elastomer Buffer Used on HX Locomotive

介绍了和谐型机车货运100-1型及客运103-1型弹性胶泥缓冲器,说明了弹性胶泥缓冲器的特点。介绍了这两种缓冲器在大秦线及铁路干线的运用经历和存在的问题,针对存在的问题,提出了密封结构改进方案,该方案在运用中取得了良好的运用效果。为了进一步提高密封可靠性,设计了密封材料优化方案并进行了试验验证。

This paper introduced the elastomer buffer for HeXie Locomotive 100-1 and 103-1,illustrated the characteristics of elastomer buffer,described the history and problems when using in DaQin line and main line,designed the seal structure improvement proposal and the results are good.In order to improve its sealing reliability,we designed seal material improvement scheme and experiment verification successfully.
