摘要
为降低某地铁车辆辅助变流器的噪声,首先通过噪声测试得到了辅助变流器的噪声特性,然后利用基于统计能量分析法的VA One软件进行噪声仿真,得到了各主要传递路径对测点噪声的贡献量,对比分析了不同降噪方案的降噪效果,最后通过试验验证了仿真分析方法的可行性。结果表明TMT-PUF-2028吸声棉的吸声效果优于带铝箔的三聚氰胺棉,增加消声结构和导流板可以改善气动噪声,仿真分析方法可以为后续同类产品的噪声优化设计提供指导。
For reducing the noise of the metro vehicle auxiliary converter,the noise characteristic of the auxiliary converter is obtained by noise test,and the contribution of main transfer paths to the noise of measuring points are obtained by using VA One software based on statistical energy analysis method.The noise reduction effects of different noise reduction schemes are compared and analyzed.Finally,the feasibility of the simulation analysis method is verified by experiments.The results show that the sound absorption effect of TMT-PUF-2028 absorption cotton is better than that of melamine cotton with aluminum foil,the aerodynamic noise can be improved by increasing the noise elimination structure and the deflector,and the simulation analysis method can provide guidance for the noise optimization design of similar products.
