摘要
以石英、铝矾土和轻烧氧化镁为原料,分别利用熔融法和固相反应法两种制备工艺合成堇青石,通过对所制备的样品结构和性能进行表征测试,来探究两种工艺各自的优缺点,并作以比较.结果表明:熔融法在950℃就大量析出α-堇青石相,经过1 000℃、2h晶化处理,热膨胀系数为2.23×10-6℃-1,而固相反应方法在1 300℃时才大量析出α-堇青石相,经过1 350℃、2h晶化处理,热膨胀系数是1.46×10-6℃-1;熔融法合成温度比固相反应法低了近350℃,且合成温度范围宽,但是熔融法的制备工艺比固相反应法复杂,成本偏高.
The quartz,bauxite and light burned magnesium oxide are used as the main raw materials which the cordierite glass-ceramics was synthesized by melting method and solidstate reaction method respectively.The structure and performance of the obtained samples were characterized to explore and compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of processes.The results show that the melting method can precipitate a large number ofα-cordierite phase at 950 ℃,and the coefficient of thermal expansion is 2.23×10-6℃-1 after crystallized at 1 000 ℃ for 2 h.However,the solid-state reaction method can precipitate a large number ofα-cordierite phase at 1 300 ℃,and the coefficient of thermal expansion is1.46×10-6℃-1 after crystallized at 1 350℃for 2 h.In addition,the synthesis temperature of melting method is nearly 350 ℃lower than that of the solid-state reaction,and the range of the synthesis temperature is wide.But for the melting method,its preparation process is more complicated and cost is higher.
