复杂环境下超高层综合体施工设备布置优化及基础创新

摘要 以城开中心超高层综合体施工为例,介绍沈阳核心商圈复杂环境下大型施工设备的布置优化,不同阶段塔吊换拆的策划与实施,塔吊基础与底板、施工升降机基础与围护结构的一体化设计与施工,以期为同类工程提供借鉴。 Took the construction of the super high-rise building in urban development center as an example,this paper introduces the layout optimization of large-scale construction equipment under the complex environment of Shenyang primary trading area,the planning and implementation of replacement and demolition of tower cranes at different stages,and the integrated design and construction of tower crane foundation and floor,construction hoist foundation and retaining structure,in reference for the similar projects in the future.
