Prevention and Treatment Cracks of Precast Concrete Components in Prefabricated Houses

预制混凝土构件是装配式住宅的主要组成部分,其整体质量优于现浇构件,但在设计、生产、运输、吊装过程中控制不当,同样会产生裂缝。以工程应用为基础,结合构件全过程心得体会,针对不同的类型,分析其裂缝产生的原因,并提出相应的处理方法、预防措施,为业内人士提供参考。

Precast concrete components are the main part of prefabricated houses,its overall quality of the precast concrete components is better than that of the cast-in-place components;however,the improper control in the design,production,transportation and hoisting process will also produce cracks. Based on the engineering application,combined with the experience of the whole process of the components,this paper analyzed the causes of the cracks for different components,and put forward the corresponding treatment methods and preventive measures to provide references for the industry.
