摘要
由于工程建设地基基础埋置较深,地下水压力较大,加之筏板基础施工时未达到规范要求,就会出现筏板渗漏现象。以某工程地下室筏板渗漏为例,通过对其检测鉴定,采用局部降水并提出简洁可行的加固方法,对将来类似的工程具有一定的借鉴意义。
Because of the deep foundation and deep underground water pressure and the failure of construction of raft foundation to meet the requirements of specification,there will be a phenomenon of raft seepage. Taking project basement raft seepage as an example,by means of its detection and identification,local precipitation is adopted,and a concise and feasible reinforcement method is put forward,which has certain reference significance for similar projects in the future.
