摘要 白光激光照明系统更容易实现高亮高光效的远程照明,在特种照明领域有着其他光源无可比拟的优势和潜力。当前白光激光照明系统的主流发光器件为蓝光激光二极管和荧光材料。结合激光二极管的光电特点,提出了白光激光照明对荧光材料的性能指标要求,一是荧光材料应具有优异的量子效率、稳定性和热导率,以保证白光激光照明的亮度和寿命等性能;二是荧光材料激发和发射光谱需要与蓝光激光二极管的发射光谱相匹配,以提升光光转换效率且能与剩余蓝光复合形成白光。此外,还要对荧光材料的气孔、透明度等进行光学适配优化以提升光提取率。 White illumination systems with laser high beam is capable to generate super high flux and cone of light extending several hundred meters,which is excellent for special lighting application. In the present technology,the lighting elements of laser illumination module include laser diode and phosphor converter.This paper has analyzed laser diode property and identified the requirements of phosphor converter to laser illumination systems,including the chemical and physical properties of phosphor matrix,and also excitation and emission spectrum property to get excellent luminous efficacy and produce white light. In addition,the core size and transparency of phosphor material need fine tuned to get more light output after excitation.
