摘要
石英挠性加速度计是利用加速度敏感元件,将载体的加速度转换为能被测量的物理量,其测试精度直接影响惯性系统的精度。本文分析了石英挠性加速度计温度误差的产生机理,设计了一种恒温系统,包括结构组成、温控电路设计、工作机制等多个方面,保证加速度计的工作环境温度保持恒定。通过用户使用表明,该系统保温效果好,内部温度稳定,不受复杂环境影响,加热效率高,加温速度快。
Quartz accelerometer uses acceleration sensitive element to convert the acceleration of carrier into physical quantity which can be measured, and its measurement accuracy directly affects the accuracy of inertial system. The text analyzed the mechanism of temperature error of quartz accelerometer, designed a constant temperature system, include structure composition,temperature control circuit design, working mechanism ect, guarantee Accelerometer Working temperature keep constant. The user application shows that the system has good heat preservation effect, stable internal temperature, don ' t influence of complex environment, high heating efficiency and fast heating speed.
