模块式防爆配电盘在海洋平台上的应用

Application of Module Type Explosion Proof Distribution Board on Offshore Oil Platform

海洋石油平台配电系统是海洋石油平台重要的组成部分,相当于支持平台日常运作的血液系统,为平台提供源源不断的动力来源,其系统的安全性直接关系到整个平台的安全生产。对于一般海洋石油平台而言,一般电气配电盘都是设计位于安全区的,无需考虑配电盘的防爆性能要求,但是对于一些边际油田而言,由于平台无人化和最简化的设计理念,电气配电盘可能会设置在爆炸危险区内。针对这种情况,本文对模块式防爆型配电盘在海洋平台上的应用进行简要分析和探讨。

For general offshore oil platforms, the electric distribution boards are designed to be installed in the safety zone without considering the explosion-proof performance requirements, but for some marginal oil fields, the electric distribution boards may be installed in the explosive zone due to the unmanned platform and the simplest design concept. In this paper, the application of modular explosion-proof distribution board on offshore oil platform is briefly analyzed and discussed.
