摘要
KIR松脱部件和振动监测系统,是核电站反应堆经济运行的重要系统,但报警的准确性至今是没有解决好的问题,误报警除降低监测结果的准确性外,还会使反应堆运行人员在产生报警后的第一时间,优先怀疑报警真实性,而非分析工艺系统是否故障,最终系统难以发挥正作用。本文结合秦山地区的压水堆机组,讲述其工作原理,分析误报警的产生原因,列举发生误报警时解决办法,并提出改进意见。
KIR loose components and vibration monitoring system is economic operation of nuclear reactor, but the accuracy of alarm is not solved well so far. False alarm reduces the reliability of the monitoring results, also make Reactor Operators on the loss of trust. Nobody analyzes process system failures, eventually make monitoring system can' t play its due role. Combined with pressurized water reactor of Qinshan area, this article about its working principle, analysis the false alarm of the causes, lists the solution when the false alarm occurre, and puts forward suggestions for improvement.
