本文介绍了中控ECS700系统在1.0×106t/年催化柴油加氢转换装置温州海米特多位式原料油过滤器上的应用,阐述了该过滤器的硬件结构、过滤器反冲洗工作原理、控制要求及实现程序,很好地满足了设计功能及过滤反冲要求,达到了过滤器反冲洗时不会中断原油过滤的目的。投入运行以来过滤器运行稳定,达到了生产装置运行的条件。

This paper introduces the application of ECS 700 system in Wenzhou hammett multi-position feed oil filter of 1 million tons/year catalytic diesel hydrotreating unit. The hardware structure, working principle, control requirements and implementation program of the filter backwash are described. The design function and filter backwash requirements are well met, and the filter backwash will not interrupt the crude oil filtration. The operation of the filter is stable since it is put into operation, the operation conditions of the production device are reached.
