室内甲醛、苯在线监测系统设计

The Design of On-Line Monitoring System for Formaldehyde and Benzene

摘要 针对目前室内甲醛、苯等有害气体,本文设计一种居民楼内的甲醛、苯等有害物质在线监测仪,该监测仪以STM32芯片为主控核心,结合现代APP手机端功能,实时实地的在线监测甲醛的含量。实验表明,仪器测试重复性为4%,稳定性高,测试相对标准偏差小于5%,室内甲醛、苯的在线监测测试结果准确、可靠。 In view of the current indoor formaldehyde, benzene and other harmful gases, this paper designs an online monitor for harmful substances such as formaldehyde and benzene in residential buildings. The monitor is based on STM32 chip as the main control core and combines the function of modern APP mobile phone to monitor the content of formaldehyde in real time on the spot. The experiment shows that the repeatability of the instrument is 4%, the stability is high, the relative standard deviation of the test is less than 5%, and the on-line monitoring and testing results of formaldehyde and benzene in the field are accurate and reliable.
