岭澳二期ETY系统阀门关闭不严问题改进分析

摘要 岭澳二期核电站某机组ETY系统的ETY003VA及ETY005VA阀门关闭不严密,导致RX厂房压力连续3天不按正常趋势变化,对核电的安全运行有不利的影响。本文结合实际情况,对阀门关闭不严的原因进行分析并提出相应的改进方案。通过在核电厂对方案的实际应用,证实该改进分析方案的正确性,对ETY系统的安全运行有着重要意义。 The closure of ETY003 VA and ETY005 VA valves in ETY system of Lingao phase Ⅱ unit is not strict, resulting in the pressure of RX does not change as normal, which has adverse effects on the safe operation of nuclear power plant. According to the actual situation, we analyze the valve closure problem and propose the corresponding improvement scheme. Through the practical application in the nuclear power plant of this scheme, we confirmed the correctness of the improved analysis scheme, which is of great significance to the safe operation of the ETY system.
