摘要
针对12Cr1MoV钢板冲击功差异问题,从金相组织、生产工艺等方面进行分析排查,发现由于粗轧温度过低,产生混晶组织,导致钢板性能出现差异。通过提高粗轧温度以及压下率等一系列工艺措施,混晶现象得到解决,钢板整体性能得到较大提升。
Aiming at impact energy difference problem of 12Cr1MoV steel plate,the metallographic structure and production process of steel plate are analyzed. The results show that the properties difference are caused by mischcrystal structure formed due to low rough rolling temperature. By taking a series of technological measures such as increasing rough rolling temperature and reduction ratio,the phenomenon of mischcrystal is resolved and the properties of entire steel plate is greatly improved as well.
