浅谈无引伸计拉伸试验机对规定塑性延伸强度测量的影响

The Effects of Tensile Testing Machine without Extensometer on Specified Plastic Extension Strength Measurement

在无引伸计的情况下,材料拉伸试验机自动取一个规定塑性延伸强度(Rp)的数值。该数值在理想状态与真实值相等,但在实际研究中发现,未开肩试样Rp取值位于真实值左侧,开肩试样取值在真实值右侧。在试验条件有限及数据有一定冗余量的前提下,试验机系统自动计算的Rp值也可作为真实值使用。

In the case of testing without extensometer,the tensile testing machine can take one value of specified plastic extension strength Rp automatically. The value in desired state is equivalent to the true value,but it is found out in actual research that the selected Rp value of specimen without milling shoulders locates at the left side of the true value,while the selected Rp value of specimen with milling shoulder locates at the right side of the true value. Under limited testing condition and precondition of certain redundant data,the Rp value automatically taken by the testing machine can be used as true value.
