摘要
为了获得良好的连铸坯火切毛刺去除效果,避免轧制钢板因板坯毛刺形成麻点等表面缺陷以及对设备造成损伤,新钢在连铸工序新增两套锯齿型去毛刺机,为此在原有的控制系统和新增去毛刺机控制系统之间建立通讯接口以及联锁关系,设计了相应的通讯程序以及联锁程序。系统投用后提高了板坯毛刺去除效率,保证了去毛刺机设备稳定顺行。
In order to achieve good removal result of slab flame cutting burrs,avoid surface pits formation and damage on equipment due to the slab burrs during plate rolling,Xingang adds a new set of sawtooth type deburring machine at the continuous caster,sets up communication interface and interlocking between the control systems of existing and newly added deburring machine,compiles relevant communication and interlocking logics. The slab deburring efficiency is improved after the application of the new system,stable and smooth operation of the machine is ensured.
