Religious Risks and Precautions on “The Belt and Road”

宗教是影响政治、经济、社会以及国际交往的诸多重要因素之一,因此"一带一路"倡议的推进不能忽视宗教的影响。文章在对"一带一路"沿线国家宗教现状和特点概述的基础上,分析了其面临的主要宗教风险,包括宗教纷争、教派冲突、宗教极端主义、跨国宗教、政教关系情况以及宗教主观认识。中国政府需要发挥其作为倡导者的中坚作用,主动化解宗教风险,并依据习近平总书记倡导的人类命运共同体思想去构建"宗教共同体",推动不同宗教之间的对话与交流,从而有力推进"一带一路"的建设。

Religion is one of the important factors that attect politics, economy, society and international ex-changes. Tberetore, the promotion of the Belt and Road Initiative can＇ t ignore the influences of the religion. Based on an overview of present conditions and characteristics of the religion in countries along the Belt and Road, this article analyzes the main religious risks, including the religious disputes, the sectarian conflicts, the religious extremism, the transnational religions, the relationship between state and religion, and the reli gious subjective understanding. The Chinese government needs to play its dominant role as an advocator, tak-ing the initiative to resolve religious risks and establishing a religious community based on the thought of Human Destiny Community advocated by General Secretary Xi Jinping to promote the dialogue and exchange a mong ditterent religions so as to push torward the construction of the Belt and Road.
