区域卫生科技创新发展指数研究

Research on development index of regional health science and technology innovation

按先进性、系统性、科学性、可比性等原则,综合考虑专家意见和实际工作情况,构建区域卫生科技创新发展指数,并进行验证。实证显示,某市2010—2014年卫生科技创新发展指数呈逐年上升趋势,与实际情况基本相符。因此,本文提出的区域卫生科技创新发展指数是一种实用、可操作、可推广的量化绩效管理工具。

According to the principles of progressiveness, systematicness, scientificalness, and comparability, the innovation and development index of regional health science and technology is constructed according to the opinions of experts and actual working conditions, and then it is verified. The empirical results show that the innovation and development index of health science and technology in a certain city from 2010 to2014 shows an increasing trend year by year, which is basically in line with the actual situation. Therefore, the innovation and development index of regional health science and technology proposed in this paper is a practical, operable and popularized quantitative performance management tool.
