摘要
通过对医务人员的问卷调查,探索公立医院医务人员的医患信任与工作投入的关系。研究结果发现:不同工龄和职称的医务人员在医患关系和工作投入程度上存在显著差异,医患信任对工作投入及其三个维度(活力、奉献、专注)具有显著的正相关。因此,建立医患信任,有助于提高医务人员的工作投入。
The relationship between doctor-patient trust and job involvement among medical staff in public hospitals was explored through a questionnaire survey. The results showed that there are significant differences in the doctor-patient relationship and the degree of job involvement among medical personnel with different working age and job titles, and doctor-patient trust is significant correlated with job involvement and its three dimensions, that is vigor, dedication, and focus. Therefore, the establishment of trust between doctors and patients will increase the job involvement of medical personnel.
