医院科研经费全程信息化管理路径探讨

Discussion on the whole course of informatization management of hospital scientific research funds

随着公立医院立项课题的日渐增多,传统的科研经费管理路径已无法满足需求。本文以浙江省某医院为例,探讨如何利用信息化手段建立科研经费管理系统,并以此为平台,前端延伸到科研材料、服务等采购环节,后端对接财务核算与物资管理系统,最终实现科研经费全程信息化管理。

With the increasing number of scientific projects in public hospitals, the traditional management path of scientific research funds can’t meet the demand. Taking a hospital in Zhejiang Province as an example, this paper discusses how to establish a management system of scientific research funds by means of information technology, which can be used as a platform to extend the front end to the procurement links of scientific research materials and services, and the back-end docking financial accounting and material management system. Finally, the whole course of informatization management of scientific research funds is realized.
