摘要 研究了海流作用下不同阻流器对海底管线自埋的影响。通过参数分析的方法对阻流器高度、安装间隙、来流速度和安装角度等因素进行了研究,同时在Fluent软件中通过自定义函数来定义管道的下沉速度,模拟了管道自埋的动态过程。研究发现床面最大剪切力随着阻流器高度增加而增大,对比不同阻流器高度的计算结果,在D/8~D/4范围内效果最好。流速必须达到1.2 m/s以上才能满足自埋的要求。在0°安装位置时,管道获得向下的升力最大。随着间隙的不断扩大,床面最大剪切力在数值上整体呈现减小的趋势。 The purpose of this paper is to study the effect of different spoilers on the self-burial of submarine pipelines under ocean currents. The parameters of the spoiler, including height, installation clearance, flow velocity and installation angle, are studied through parameter analysis methods. Through the Fluent software, the sinking speed of the pipeline is defined through a User Defined Functions (UDF), which simulates the dynamic process of the pipeline self-burial. The study finds that the maximum shear force on the bed increases with rising height of the spoiler. When comparing the calculation results of different heights of the spoilers, the best results are obtained in the range of D/8 to D/4. The flow rate must reach 1.2 rn/s or more to meet self-burial requirements. In the 0~ installation position, the downward lift from the pipe is maximized. With the increasing of the gap, the maximum shear force on the bed surface shows a decreasing trend as a whole.
