摘要 针对配电网长期存在的三相负荷不平衡带来变压器等设备额外损耗的问题,提出了一种具有调整负荷不平衡智能的装置,并开展试点应用和效果评估。实践证明:该装置与传统的三相负荷不平衡治理方案相比效果更明显且成本更低,避免了其对电网安全运行的影响,具有实用推广价值。 Three-phase load imbalance is a long-standing problem in distribution network. It will not only bring additional loss to the transformer and other equipment, but also affect the safe operation. The working principle, type test and engineering application effect of a new load imbalance control device, which is based on intelligent phase transfer switch, is discussed in this paper. After several years of project operation, it is validated that the device is more effective and lower-costing compared with the traditional three-phase load imbalance control scheme, and has practical promotion value.
