摘要 以山西临汾热电有限公司2×300 MW机组烟气脱硫废水零排放工程为例,利用旁路烟道处理脱硫废水零排放技术——旋转喷雾干燥法。阐述了旋转喷雾干燥法进行脱硫废水处理的特点、原理、工艺、设备及其在300 MW燃煤发电机组上的应用,实践证明应用该方法投资、运行费用低廉,使电厂脱硫废水零排放的大规模推广成为可能。 Taking the flue gas desulphurization wastewater zero discharge project of the 2×300 MW units in Shanxi Linfen Thermal Power Co., Ltd. as an example, the zero-discharge technology of desulfurization wastewater from flue gas bypass, namely the rotary spray drying method was introduced. The characteristics, principles, processes, equipments of the desulfurization wastewater treatment by rotary spray drying method and its application on 300 MW coal-fired power generation units are described. The practice proves that the investment and operating costs of this method are lower so that it makes large-scale promotion of zero discharge of desulfurization wastewater from power plants possible.
