以某轻卡后板簧的设计开发为例,介绍副簧下置式少片簧结构特点,进行主副簧刚度分配、载荷分配及少片簧刚度、应力计算。经过台架疲劳试验及整车搭载可靠性试验,副簧下置式少片簧满足使用要求。

Take the design of a light truck after leaf spring as an example, this paper introduces the structure and characters of the secondary spring under-set little leaf srping, the load distribution, calculation of the stiffness and stress are calculated. After the fatigue test of the platform and the reliability test of the whole vehicle, the secondary spring under-set is used to meet the requirement of use.
