针对洗扫车作业时,需要消耗大量的洁净水,不经济,也不环保的问题,以及市场上现有的污水再利用装置容易堵塞滤网的问题,创新设计一款洗扫车污水循环装置,通过旋转滤筒等逐级过滤装置和空压机气洗、清水泵冲洗、高压水射流清洗等方式解决滤网易堵塞的问题,并大大延长作业时间,提高作业效率。

In order to solve the problem of consuming a large amount of clean water, which is not economical and environmentally friendly, and the problem that the existing sewage reuse devices on the market are easy to jam the filter screen, we have innovated to design a sewage circulation device for car washing and sweeping. The problems of easy clogging of filter screen are solved by means of stepwise filtering device such as rotating filter barrel and air compressor air washing, washing of water pump and high pressure water jet cleaning, and the working time is greatly prolonged and the working efficiency is improved.
