摘要
随着重型卡车对轻量化的要求越来越高,铝合金材料在重卡底盘上的应用也越来越广泛,铝合金燃油箱作为重卡底盘的典型轻量化部件,在批量生产过程中存在焊接气孔、裂缝、未熔合等缺陷,通过对焊缝焊接缺陷、焊缝特征的分析对铝合金油箱焊接缺陷产生原因进行论述并提出预防措施。
With the increasing demand for light weight of heavy trucks, the application of aluminum alloy on heavy truck chassis is more and more extensive. As a typical lightweight component of heavy truck chassis, aluminum alloy fuel tank has defects such as porosity, cracks, and incomplete fusion in batch production.Through the analysis of weld defects and weld characteristics, the causes of welding defects of aluminum alloy fuel tanks are discussed and preventive measures are put forward.
