奥特林豪斯(Ortlinghaus)湿式离合制动器在使用过程中出现系统压力波动,且在一定情况下降低到使用要求压力以下,导致压力机停机,无法正常运行。文章主要通过介绍湿式离合器各个组成部分及工作原理分析,然后针对压力损失故障进行排查、判断故障点。得出故障原因并最终解决处理。

Ortlinghaus wet clutch brake system pressure fluctuation occurred during the use process, and under certain circumstances, it reduced to less than the required service pressure, resulting in the shutdown of the press and unable to run normally. This paper mainly introduces the analysis of the various components and working principles of the wet clutch, and then investigates and judges the fault points for the failure of the pressure loss. The cause of the failure is obtained and the treatment is finally solved.
