摘要
文章通过对我公司某重型载货汽车在仪表背光灯开关和危急报警开关同时闭合时仪表面板出现冒烟的自燃现象的分析,得出自燃的原因是危急报警开关7脚和9脚之间二极管限流电阻功率太小发热烧毁引起的。并给出了解决方案:选择参数合适的限流电阻。
In this article, based on the study of fire accident on instrument backlight switch and emergency alarm switch closed at the same time on a heavy truck instrument panel in my company, it is concluded that the cause of spontaneous combustion is an emergency alarm switch between 7 and 9 diode power resistor is too small fever caused by burn. And the solution is given: the appropriate current limiting resistors with appropriate parameters are chosen.
