摘要
利用HPLC方法测定芜湖产金银花中的绿原酸的含量。采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Agllent HC-C18(5μm,4.6×250mm);流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液,洗脱;波长327nm,柱温30℃。线性良好(R=0.9997),精密度良好(0.11%),回收率良好(平均回收率为103.15%,RSD为1.97%)。结果表明,芜湖丫山产金银花中有效成分绿原酸高于药典规定,平均含量为2.1%。
Determination of Chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonicerafrom Wuhu by HPLC.Methods：A HPLC method was established with Agllent HC-C18（5μm,4.6×250 mm）and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid solution.The wavelength was 327 nm and the column temperature was 30℃.The linear calibration curve was good（R=0.9997）,the precision was good（0.11 %）,the average recoveries were good（the average recovery rate was103.15%,RSD was 1.97%）.The results were that the chlorogenic acid in Lonicera japonica Thunb in Wuhu was higher than that in Ch.P.,and the average content was 2.1%.
