摘要 扦插繁殖是近年来应用比较普遍的无性繁殖手段之一,可以有效的保留植物本身优良的遗传性状。为研究竹柳在小兴安岭高寒林区的适生性,对引进的"竹柳5号"品种进行了不同激素配比和不同扦插基质对插穗生根影响的观测。结果表明:(1)不同激素种类均对竹柳生根产生一定影响,其中ABT1激素效果相对明显;(2)不同扦插基质造林试验表明,竹柳在不同扦插基质中生根表现均较为优良,无明显差异;(3)对保存率进行统计表明,在不同扦插基质下,竹柳保存率存在差异,证明不同扦插基质对竹柳生根后的生殖生长影响较大。 Cutting propagation is one of the most common methods of vegetative reproduction in recent years;which could effectively preserve the excellent genetic characters of the plant.In order to study the adaptability of bamboowillow in alpine forest area of Xiao Hinggan Mountains,the introduction of"bamboo willow No.5"varieties were different hormone combination and different cutting medium root cuttings on the impact of observation,the results show that:1.Different hormone kinds had a certain effect on rooting,among which the effect of ABT1 was relatively obvious.2.The results showed that there was no significant difference in different cutting medium forestation experiments;all the rooting performance of bamboo-willow in different cutting medium was fine.3.According to the statistics of the preserving rate,there is a difference in the preserving rate of bamboo-willow under different cutting substrates,which proves that different cutting matrix has a great influence on the reproductive growth of the bamboo-willow.
