探究基于阶次分析的永磁同步电机噪声源识别 被引量:2

摘要 永磁同步电机是一种具有高效率、高力矩惯量比、高能量密度等特点的电机类型,而且,永磁同步电机是一种良好的环保低碳电机。而在实际的永磁同步电机工作中,可产生电磁噪声,并对电机运行造成影响。故此,展开对永磁同步电机噪声源分析,对基于阶次分析的永磁同步电机噪声源识别,对具体的永磁同步电机噪声试验、滚动轴承的噪声阶次特征、不同影响因素下的电磁激励阶次特征等内容,旨在综合提升永磁同步电机的质量,保障永磁同步电机的减振降噪效果。 Permanent magnet synchronous motor is a kind of high efficiency,including high torque to inertia ratio,high energy density and other characteristics of the type of motor.Permanent magnet synchronous motor is a kind of environmental protection and low carbon good motor.In the work of the actual permanent magnet synchronous motor,electromagnetic morning can be produced.The operation of the motor will be affected.Therefore,we have made the analysis of noise sources of permanent magnet synchronous in motor start on the specific noise source identification of permanent magnet synchronous motor on order analysis.We have received the influence factors of different noise of permanent magnet synchronous motor test with specific to the rolling bearing characteristics.Under the electromagnetic excitation order feature etc.,we will enhance the comprehensive permanent magnet in the quality of the motor protection with vibration and noise reduction effect of permanent magnet synchronous motor.
