摘要
围绕冶金流程监测进行研究,以电解铝生产作为研究背景,针对该行业的国内生产现状,提出了一套基于在线计算机监测的流程监测系统设计方案。该方案通过对比分析,选择Delphi6.0作为开发工具,并针对当前企业的发展趋势设计了系统整体架构;基于对电解铝生产特点的分析,确定了系统的主要监测目标以及功能模块。
In this paper,the monitoring of metallurgical process is studied.Taking the production of electrolytic aluminum as the research background,we are aiming at the domestic production status of the industry.A design scheme of process monitoring system based on online computer monitoring is put forward.Through comparative analysis,the program will be chosen in Delphi6.0 as the development tool.We also design the overall system structure for the current development trend of the enterprise.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the electrolytic aluminum production,the main monitoring objectives and functional modules of the system are determined.
