摘要
拉挤制品性能通常以弯曲强度与剪切强度来表征。通过设计不同玻纤含量、不同纤维直径及不同填料比例的拉挤成型实验,分析了拉挤过程中玻纤含量、纤维直径和填料量三类主要影响因素对拉挤制品性能的影响,并给出了一些改进措施与建议。
The mechanical properties of pultruded profiles are usually characterized by flexural strength and shear strength. This paper analyzes the effects of 3 main factors ( glass fiber content, fiber diameter and filler content ) on the mechanical properties of pultruded profiles by citing the results of pultrusion experiments using different glass fiber content, fiber diameter and filler content, based on which some measures and suggestions are provided.
