摘要
传统人工叠袋方式会对玻纤覆膜滤袋表面膜造成损伤,为了提升玻纤覆膜滤袋的加工质量,对滤袋的叠袋方式进行研究,从电机、自停、复位等方面进行了设计,自主研发了自动叠袋机,确保玻纤覆膜滤袋叠袋质量的同时,降低了劳动强度,提高了4倍或以上的劳动效率。
The traditional artificial folding of membrane-laminated fiberglass filter bags may cause damage to the surface membrane. In order to improve the processing quality of this kind of filter bags, the team studied the folding method,designed the motor, stop motion and ressetting, and thus developed independently an automatic folding machine to ensure the quality of folded filter bags, and meanwhile reduce labor intensity and improve labor efficiency by 4 times or more.
