摘要 餐厨垃圾厌氧消化产生沼气的同时会产生大量的沼液,沼液成分复杂,已成为限制厌氧消化工程大规模应用的瓶颈之一,其处理一直受到广泛关注。试验采用H_2O_2作为氧化剂,研究H_2O_2对餐厨垃圾沼液COD的氧化去除效果及预处理后对厌氧消化的影响。通过单因素试验确定过氧化氢投加量、初始pH值、反应时间对COD去除的影响。之后通过正交试验进行分析,结果表明,各因素对沼液COD去除效果的影响程度为:初始pH值>过氧化氢投加量>氧化时间。当过氧化氢投加量为60.00 g·L-1,初始pH值为3.5,氧化时间为50 min时,COD去除效果最佳,达到48.37%。沼液经H_2O_2预处理后回用于餐厨垃圾厌氧消化系统未产生抑制。 Treating of biogas slurry has been widely concerned for its large quantity and complex components. In this experiment,the biogas slurry from kitchen waste anaerobic digestion was pretreated by H2O2 for its recycling usage. The effect of H2O2 dosage,initial pH value and reaction time on slurry COD removal were determined and optimized by single factor experiment and orthogonal test. The result showed that the influence degree of each factor on the COD removal efficiency were: the initial pH value the dosage of H2O2 oxidation time. When the dosage of H2O2 was 60. 00 g·L-1,the initial pH value 3. 5,and the oxidation time 50 min,the removal efficiency of COD was the best,reaching 48. 37%. After H2O2 treatment,the biogas slurry was returned to the kitchen waste anaerobic digestion system and there's no inhibition.
