摘要
表面发射率响应是α、β表面污染仪的主要计量性能参数,按照JJG 478-2016中的测量方法,实验探讨平面源活性区面积与探测器窗面积不一致对α、β表面污染仪表面发射率响应测量结果的影响。结果显示,当标准平面源活性区面积大于或小于探测窗面积时,表面发射率响应测量结果会偏大,标准平面源活性区面积与探测窗面积差异在±20%以内时,α、β表面污染仪表面发射率响应测量值的变化均近似线性,且探测器窗面积较大,则表面发射率响应测量值的偏差也较大。
Surface emission rate response is a main metrological characteristics of the α,β surface contamination monitors, according to the measurement method of the JJG 478-2016,the effect of the surface emission rate response when standard plane source's area is not uniform to the detector area of the α,β surface contamination monitor, the results indicate the surface emission rate response will increase whether the area of the standard plane source increase or decrease, and the surface emission rate response of the α,β surface contamination monitor is linear to the plane source area when the area difference is within 20% between plane source and the detector ,and the monitor which have a larger area detector get more effects than the smaller area detector.
