This paper introduces the development background, concept and requirements of the planning and construction of the wisdom park, combining the practical project of town planning with the characteristics of science and technology, and from the perspective of the intelligent city, completes a beneficial exploration on the strategy of the planning and construction of the wisdom park.It mainly includes real-time monitoring of resource utilization, automatic monitoring of environment, application of intelligent building, dynamic monitoring of park security, parking information push and navigation, comprehensive service platform of government enterprise talents, intelligent tourism development planning and so on.It is pointed out that in the future, the intelligent park will need to continuously improve the information technology, be convenient and humanized, in order to meet the changing needs of the enterprises and talents in the park.
