Intermediate Frequency Induction Motor Design Based on Ansys in Aeronoutics Fields

摘要 异步电机因具有优良的起动和加速性能,而且结构简单可靠,在航空领域中被广泛应用;本文设计一款中频(400Hz)1k W-8P异步电机,在路算法的基础上对电磁方案进行初步计算,结合Maxwell有限元进行仿真优化,确定合理的定转子槽型和尺寸,使电机的转矩波动、谐波含量、起动性能以及负载特性满足要求;最后根据仿真数据对样机进行制作和试验,结果表明,仿真准确度在93%以上,各项性能满足设计要求。 The three phase induction motor is widely applied to aeronautics fields because of having good performance on starting,speeding up and simple structure. To meet the requirement of torque ripple,harmonic content,starting performance and load characteristic,a intermediate frequency motor of 400 Hz 1 k W-8 P was designed by calculating the magnetic circuit on the basis of LK algorithms. The reasonable groove type and dimensions of rotor and stator were confirmed by using Maxwell to simulate and optimize. According to the simulation date the motor prototype was made and tested at last,the results demonstrate the accuracy of the simulation is above 93% and the performance meet the design requirements.
