摘要
针对传统高频注入法滤波器的使用会限制系统带宽,增大延迟时间,降低系统动态性能等问题,提出一种改进型高频方波注入的无传感器控制算法。文中对传统高频注入法进行了分析,将注入高频方波信号频率增加至逆变器开关频率,运用算术运算改进传统的低频和高频电流信号获取方法,避免了控制系统中滤波器的使用,并改进了位置误差信号提取过程,最终采用锁相环获取位置信息。与传统方法相比,该算法能够在准确获取位置信息的同时提高系统带宽,有更好的跟踪性能。仿真结果验证了此改进算法的有效性。
The use of traditional high-frequency injection filter will limit the system bandwidth,increase the delay time,reduce the dynamic performance of the system and other issues. An improved sensorless control algorithm based on high frequency square wave injection was proposed. In this paper,the traditional highfrequency injection method was analyzed,the frequency of the injected square wave signal was increased to the inverter switching frequency,the use of arithmetic operations to improve the traditional low-frequency and high-frequency current signal acquisition method. To avoid the use of the filter in the control system,and improved the position error signal extraction process. Finally,the phase-locked loop observer was used to obtain the location informationinformation. Compared with the traditional method,the algorithm can simplify the signal processing process while accurately acquiring the position information,improve system bandwidth,have better tracking performance. The simulation results verified the effectiveness of the improved algorithm.
