摘要
螺虫乙酯是一种以乙酰辅酶A羧化酶为作用靶标的新型季酮酸类杀虫剂。由于其良好的杀虫活性及环境相容性,该药剂已在防治农作物害虫领域展现出巨大的潜力。随着螺虫乙酯的广泛使用,部分害虫已出现不同程度的抗药性。介绍了靶标昆虫对螺虫乙酯抗药性发生监测情况、交互抗性研究情况以及抗药性产生的原因,并针对农业害虫抗药性治理现状进行展望。
Spirotetramat is a kind of tetronic-acid insecticide,the target of action of which is acetyl-Co A carboxylase. Due to its good insecticidal activity and environmental compatibility,spirotetramat has shown great potential in the field of controlling crop pests. With the widespread use of spirotetramat,some insect pests have exhibited varying degrees of resistance to the drug. This article focuses on the current status of spirotetramat's resistance monitoring,the occurrence of cross-resistance and the resistance mechanism against target pests. At the same time,this paper also provides further prospects for the status and strategy of agricultural pests' resistance control.
