摘要
[目的]了解豇豆根结线虫病的发生情况并总结出一套防治对策。[方法]田间调查取样,分离计数土壤中2龄幼虫(J2),计算根结指数。[结果]共调查了6个市(县)30个豇豆种植地,发现有17个种植地的豇豆受根结线虫侵染危害。田块发病率为66.6%,田间植株发病率最高达75.0%;根结指数和2龄幼虫含量最高,分别为89.25和190.00头/kg。豇豆根结线虫病的综合防治主要包括农业防治、生物防治和化学防治。[结论]该研究结果为豇豆根结线虫病的有效防治提供了参考。
[Objective]The aim was to make clear the occurrence of cowpea root knot nematode disease and summarize a set of control measures. [Method] Through investigation and sampling in the field,J2 was separated from the soil and counted,and the root knot index was calculated. [Result] We investigated the 30 cowpea gardens of six cities and counties,and found 17 cowpea gardens by root knot nematodes infection. The incidence of field was 66. 6%,and the incidence of plant was up to 75. 0%. Root knot index and J2 the highest were 89. 25 and190. 00 heads/kg. Comprehensive control of cowpea root knot nematode disease included agricultural control,biological control and chemical control. [Conclusion] The result provides reference for the control of cowpea root knot nematode disease.
