高职院校农业装备技术专业现代学徒制人才培养模式探索

Exploration on the Training Model of Modern Apprenticeship Talent in Agricultural Equipment Technology Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校农业装备技术专业招生困难,农业装备相关企业高素质技术技能型人才短缺。采用现代学徒制人才培养模式,深化产教融合、校企合作,实行招生招工一体化,校企共建农业装备专业建设委员会、互聘共用师资队伍、建立教学运行管理机制和构建闭环质量控制体系,有利于提高现代学徒制高素质技能型人才的培养质量。以常州机电职业技术学院农业装备技术专业为例,分析了实施现代学徒制人才培养模式的必要性,并提出了具体改革措施。

It is difficult to recruit students for agricultural equipment major in higher vocational colleges,and high-quality technicians are short for agricultural equipment enterprises. The training quality of skilled technicians can be improved by applying the talent training model of modern apprenticeship,deepening industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation,completing the integration of enrollment and recruitment,establishing mixed agricultural equipment professional construction committee,mutually sharing the bilateral teaching staff,creating teaching management mechanism,and building a close-loop quality control system. Taking agricultural equipment technology specialty in Changzhou Vocational Institute of Mechatronic Technology as an example,the necessity to implement talent training model of modern apprenticeship was analyzed,and some concrete measures were put forward.
