容积率与路网密度之间的关系研究——以厦门市邮轮母港片区为例 被引量:1

摘要 为保证规划阶段用地开发与交通供给之间的平衡,避免产生交通隐患,也为指导建成项目的交通改善,文章从道路交通条件方面入手,分析建筑开发增量与车道数增量之间的关系,在路网模式及道路断面确定的前提下,可将建筑开发增量与车道数增量间的关系转化为地块容积率增量与路网密度增量之间的关系。文章总结了不同路网模式下,地块容积率每增加1.0所需主、次、支路网密度的最小增量。最后,文章以厦门岛邮轮母港片区为例说明该研究成果的应用。 In view of the increasingly serious traffic problems,this paper analyzes the relationship between plot ratio and road network density from the aspects of road traffic conditions. In order to ensure the balance between land development and traffic supply in the planning stage to avoid traffic hazards,and to guide the traffic improvement of the completed project,the article starts with the road traffic conditions and analyzes the relationship between building development increment and lane number increment. Given the road network model and the road section,the relationship between building development increment and lane number increment can be transformed into the relationship between increment of plot volume ratio and incremental road network density. The paper summarizes the minimum increment of primary,secondary and branch network density for each increase of plot volume ratio by 1. 0 under different road network modes. Finally,the article takes Xiamen island cruise home port area as an example to illustrate the application of the research results.
