摘要
根据福州市城乡规划一张图,结合规划管理、用地功能分区,在规划单元划分基础上将福州市中心城区划分为470个火灾风险评估单元,运用模糊量化评判法,建立福州市城市火灾风险评价指标体系,预测福州市中心城区已规划发展区域的火灾风险等级。根据评估结果,得到中心城区的高风险、中风险、一般风险和低风险区域分布。并在分析评估城市火灾风险的基础上,将城市建设用地分为3大类:城市重点消防区域、防火隔离带及避难疏散场地,优化消防布局。
According to a map of urban and rural planning in Fuzhou,combined with planning management and land use function zoning,the city center of Fuzhou is divided into 470 fire risk assessment units based on the division of planning units. Fuzzy quantitative assessment method is used to establish urban fire risk assessment in Fuzhou. The indicator system predicts the fire risk gradation of planned development areas in downtown Fuzhou. According to the results of the assessment,high-risk,medium-risk,general-risk,and low-risk regional distributions are obtained in the downtown area. Based on the analysis and assessment of urban fire risks,urban construction land is divided into three categories: urban key fire protection areas,fire protection barriers,and evacuation sites,and fire protection layouts are optimized.
