当前,城市的快速发展使得现有很多建筑物,虽然在其设计使用年限内,但原有的建筑外表已难以满足感官及功能提升的需要。所以,这就需要对原有建筑物进行改造,以此来使其重新拥有城市及社会发展所需要的动力,赋予建筑全新的感观和使用功能。建筑是城市的地标,外立面改造犹如给建筑换上一层新的时装,建筑物随之变得容光焕发,充满活力。文章通过用一个完整、实际的项目实例来探索、研究外立面改造所带来的全新效果体验,并从设计意图到细节实施过程为切入点进一步探析既有建筑外立面改造的目的以及在改造过程中所面对的问题。

With the development of city construction,the original architectural fa9 ades cannot satisfy the increasing requirement of human sense and functional improvement,although within the design period. In this cases,to regain the social vitality,it is necessary to renew the original buildings and give a brand new appearance and function to it. Architecture is the landmark of a city,and the renovation of fa9 ade is just as new clothes of it. As a result,the renovation of new facades will bright the view. Through a practical project,this paper researches the fresh experience bringing by fa9 ades renovation. And then deeply exploring the objectives and problems under the facades renovation,from the design target to the detailed construction.
