贝克曼梁板底脱空判据在“白改黑”道路工程应用的研究 被引量:2

摘要 水泥混凝土路面病害中板底脱空的调查手段有人工调查、探地雷达、声波仪、贝克曼梁弯沉仪、落锤式弯沉仪等,但是城市道路建设中最普遍采用的是通过人工调查和贝克曼梁法测弯沉的结果来判定水泥路面板底是否存在脱空现象。在这个问题上有许多实测和理论的研究成果,但是结论各不相同。文章通过对这些研究成果的归纳对比,得出结论,认为对重型车辆少的城市道路"白改黑"工程,旧水泥路面板板角弯沉小于0.30mm时可按不存在板底脱空进行结构设计。 There are many methods to identify the void beneath concrete pavement slab,such as vision inspection,Ground Penetrating Rada( GPR),Acoustic-waves instrument,on-site Benkelman beam,Falling Weight Deflectometer( FWD),etc. Among these methods,the vision inspection method and Benkelman beam method are widely adopted during the road construction to identify whether the void exists beneath concrete pavement slab. There have been plenty of practical and theoretical research results in this field,but the conclusions of these researches are different. By comparing the results of these researches,the conclusion can be drawn as the void beneath concrete pavement slab can be considered as not existed when slab angle deflection of concrete road is less than 0. 36 mm in designing project of changing concrete pavement into bituminous pavement in less heavy loaded vehicles cities.
